I just wanna take a moment to say that I have been making payments for quite a few years now and my debt is finally paid off. I have been dealing with Mrs. Brown for the duration of my debt and she is one of the kindest, most caring, understanding, empathetic, compassionate person. So I just wanna thank her personally.
Told me I own 400 and now they send me a letter saying I own more then 1,000 they do be scamming people fr!! Smh
They adjusted my payment plan based off how much I make/my expenses.
Extremely rude and unprofessional.
