Bought a Berlingo October 2024. Bought 12 month warranty as precaution. YCC couldn't take my money quick enough.Had problem with battery 3 weeks ago-warranty not valid for recovery so I bought new battery.Forward to today- vehicle wouldn't start and hazard triangle lit. Took to YCC immediately when vehicle started(10mins later). Staff unhelpful, couldn't book it in for a week. No sense of urgency to help or analyse the problem. I have bought several cars from YCC KGM as have my family for several reasons - they have such a large selection to choose from to suit all budgets & needs - the staff go above and beyond to help you choose the right car and deal for you. After sales is second to none, any issues I have ever had no matter how big or small they are always very helpful and accommodating - all my cars get serviced and MOT'd here too - I would not hesitate to recommend this local, friendly business *****
I recently bought my car from Ycc. The staff there are all so helpful and couldn't help me enough from start to finish. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. I had a slight issue with my car and called them. They booked me in straight away and even gave me a courtesy car so I could still get to work that day. No questions asked and solved the problem for me with no cost to myself. It's been a great experience all round, so much so my daughter had also brought a car from them too. 100% recommend this garage
BEWARE! From my experience a hugely dishonest company who take absolutely no liability for faulty cars sold. Condescending owner who's policy is "It's a used car what do you expect" even when the car was faulty just THREE DAYS after purchase, Showing multiple faults! Purchased a car from here for just shy of 15k, LITERALLY three days after purchase I received numerous intermittent adblue/engine fault warning messages also a milage warning before my car will no longer start.
