If there was any way I could get out of yuma i would take it. This is a lame excuse for using my tax money, always late, never arrive on time to where I need to be. If only uber was cheaper I would use it

This company used to be a decent public transportation company. Now, the customer service representative is rude half the time and provides unreliable schedule information at best. The online schedule is about 3-4 years outdated, which makes attempting to schedule a bus ride not only impractical, but impossible as well. The fare increase with less route hours is nothing short of extortion. I have no problem with paying for a public service. But this is not a public service... It's a public disgrace!
Ten minutes after my bus was supposed to show up I called YCAT to be told the bus in question was at Ave C-- I'm on PACIFIC, ALL THE WAY ACROSS TOWN!!!-- If your buses are only gonna run every hour the least you could do is be on time, and if your drivers are gonna be consistently late you need to reevaluate their employment, ESPECIALLY when it's already starting to get hot I personally don't know a whole lot of people willing to wait in 115+ degree heat for a bus that's gonna show up half an hour late.
