The service is sooo bad I took my dad here thinking it was good because of the stars but when they took my dad to his room it was dirty and the sheets were wet and stained like they didn’t even try to hide it the, room stinked to and they gave my dad food and he said it was cold and I had to warm it myself and when I asked why the room was in that condition they only said they don’t know the service was absolutely awful one star if I could rate it lower I would.

Yazoo health and rehab (OASIS) is a place you take your loved ones to pass away quicker... Yes they have deplorable conditions, half cleaned sheets, patients are put in double diapers to keep from changing every two hours. the staff are a joke, leadership is a joke lazy supervisors who get paid for NOTHING 1st floor supervisor Shavonda Mcgee was at the desk i asked her can i have ice for my mother she walked right past the ice chest and said she would find an aid instead of getting it herself. My mother was a admitted here for therapy and enjoyed everything about her stay. She thought that the staff was friendly and helpful and that therapy really helped her to get moving again. She is home now but would absolutely have no issues returning if she needs to in the future.

My experience thus far has been awesome from the adm. Process to her 3 month stay. The nursing staff and Nurse Practitioner have met her health needs. The CNA'S have been awesome 1st staff is AWESOME thanks for meeting our mom needs.
