I wanted to leave an honest and non biased review. 1) I have visited the Durham location numerous amounts of time and have always had kind and attentive service. 2) If you are in a rush - then I would say keep that in mind and order ahead. As other reviewers have mentioned EVERYTHING is made FRESH and to order. A 10-15 minute wait for a drink and a light meal is completely realistic. Found a hair in my boba nasty ash 🤦♀️
My favorite place to get riceballs, but sadly this has happened twice in which they forget to put chicken for the YAYA chicken, I let the first time slide but it’s happened yet again. Check your orders before leaving the place!
