I’d shopped here since they first opened. Had an encounter with a rude and deceptive associate and made a complaint. She was defended as “one of our best in the company. One we truly trust to make decisions for our clients.”
SO FUN! I went to go grad dress shopping and saw this store, I saw a bunch of really pretty dresses and Rose the lady who was helping me was so sweet and everytime I looked at a dress she'd tell me that she thinks I would look super pretty in it and shed take the dress and put it in my dressing room. Rose helped me re-lace each cross back dress I tried on and she was super sweet. I highly recommend going because I had such a good time.
Your sales associates are horrible. Have they ever been trained on customer service at all? I picked three dresses for a friend's wedding event and this store associate literally followed me in. I put the dress on and was literally holding my dress to strap on and this associate was standing right outside breathing over my goddamned head. It was so embarrassing for me. Dresses are super cheap quality. Paid 80 dollars for a dress and on seconde wear the zip broke!!!! I brought it in and they told me I can go to their seamstress but would need to pay to get it fixed. The lady who I talked to in store was very unhelpful, didnt even ask to see the dress or offer other options. Not worth it.
