We bought our Surly Bridge Clubs from Yawp before a long bike tour and the service was great from the beginning. Coming back from the tour we had a long list of work done and Levi was so thorough and dedicated about communicating updates. He took the initiative to start a warranty process on our behalf for an issue we had while traveling. YAWP is NOT an average bike shop. "YAWP", an onomatopoeiac meaning for a bold and authentic expression of oneself, was felt from my first phone call to the shop. Levi answers and I could hear him running down the stairs to see if he had the "one more" that I was looking for.
