Yawp! has serviced my husband’s Surly Karate Monkey before, so I thought I would and check them out for myself for my recently acquired 2015 Surly Wednesday. Being a certified Surly dealer, I had zero doubts about going and boy did Levi and his team knock it OUT of the park! Very knowledgeable, kind, and professional from first consult to checkout. This Wednesday has seen better days, but has been given a new life with a great new dropper and some basic tune-up.
Now this is a local bike shop....go the extra block and skip Wheat ridge Cyclery! Yawp staff was helpful from the moment I entered until the moment I left...this is where you want to take your bike!
Walked into this place fully ready to buy a bike. When I walked in the guy behind the counter didn’t even greet us, he stood there behind the counter and looked at us like we were aliens. I told him what I was looking for and if they had anything similar or could order anything close to what I was looking for. Nice bike shop with very friendly staff - highly recommend!
These guys are the bomb, saved my weekend ride after my former bike shop left me with two flats. Cannot say enough for the service and kindness that was demonstrated.
