Bought my first e-bike here and the crew has helped me out so much with making it perfect!! I love my Surly Skid Loader so much. Iv been back like 5 times to customize it and they have been so helpful every time. Iv been to a lot of bike shops in the area and this one has by far been my best experience.
I walked in with half a bike I am building for Burning Man, a single speed no suspension mountain bike - I needed a head set, front wheel and a rear brake. They had everything I needed in stock and they did the installation in two days! Any other shop would have made me wait one to two weeks. Levi's shop is awesome, 5 STARS!
I showed up in a crisis, but Yawp Cyclery saved the day! Another out of state bike shop had mistakingly downsized my cassette to a 28 right before the triple bypass. Yawp Cyclery was able to very quickly and efficiently help me and upgrade my cassette to a 32, this saving my weekend bike plans. The people at Yawp Cyclery are fast, friendly, helpful, and technologically proficient.
Yawp helped me find the bike I needed. Their expertise and bike knowledge is fantastic. I am so happy with my Surely Ogre. It’s a bike for all seasons. After a few months of riding, the first scratch appeared . Levi, provided sound guidance on the fix, thank you so much!
