Jeff Yates is not a good Estate Administrator and if the court offers his services to you for being a 3rd party administrator on an Estate - respectful decline. The problems that developed while he was NOT WORKING on these Estates lead to more grief, pain and suffering. He would overpromise to make up for his lack of involvement and then under deliver.
