My family and I retained Ms. Yates in December of 2022 to handle a family members estate. Ms. Yates and her staff treated us like family and was always a phone call or email away. We are in Ohio and dealt with the case from a far, Carla and her staff helped with whatever we needed during this stressful time in our life. This is the second time I’ve hired Carla Yates as our attorney. She helped me, my mom and sisters when my father passed away and now she is helping us with my Aunt’s estate. I hired Carla's firm in 2011 when I was appointed Trustee for the estate of a dear friend who passed away. The estate had several properties and many intricate pieces. We retained Carla Yates to handle the trust from our father’s sudden passing, and to liaise with our uncle when we no longer could. This is a belated review of the Yates law firm specially Ms. Ann-Eliza M Taylor and her wonderful staff. She helped me when it appeared that no one else was going to help me I was new in Tampa and I had tried calling multiple lawyers for a case that was going to Court in a couple of days she volunteered all she could and said she didn't think she could take the case I'm so short a notice.
