Booked appointment using groupon voucher I'd received as a gift. Turned up (only 2 weeks after appointment booked) to be told all groupon vouchers had been cancelled and groupon should have been in touch to inform me of such. Voucher was a gift so groupon wouldn't have known how to contact me. Therapist didn't have to courtesy to get in touch with those who'd booked using groupon vouchers, preferring to blame groupon for my wasted morning, getting to and from the salon.
