Finest architectural millwork in town
We had Yarrow refinish our antique wooden front door, and replace our back door. The work they did was excellent and we are very pleased with the product. Unfortunately the customer service is awful. If you have to call them for any reason they will take weeks to get back to you, if at all, and you will likely be underwhelmed by the response. An example: During the warranty period the handle on our back door broke, after waiting two weeks for a call back - they told us that the company who made the handle had gone our of bus... read more
Good experience and very good product on installation, unfortunately if you need service they do not do that basically at all. 2nd year waiting for service and all you get is 'yes someone will call you.'
