Listen, Heather really knows what she's doing. You should go see her. Such a relief to give her general needs and have her know what to do. Extra focus on comfortable and supported positions on there table, which helped me relax. Lots of quick checking in to ensure comfort, and lots of gentle silence to allow focus on the body. Good after-visit advice. Effective without being painful. I'd go every week if I could!
Though a bit of a hike from Portland to Aurora, I'd follow Heather anywhere. I've had people do good body work on me before, but Heather is amazing. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about her craft and the human body, she is intuitive and has magical, healing hands.
