Negatives ????? NO no no …… no negatives … just positives. ….. …….. what’s not to love ? Supportive Caring Community, lots of Community functions…. Or privacy and quietness if preferred, excellent facilities. An easy stroll to shops, trams, and beautiful Maranoa Botanical Gardens opposite for doggy walks and ball games, and for grandchildren a fully equipped playground and picnic area.
Some retirement villages feel like just that. A retirement. An end. Yarrbat feels like a beginning, the start of the next chapter. Not only are the residents friendly, and the support staff caring, the physical environment is warm and inviting. It feels how a home should feel. The years I have spent here have been some of the best I have enjoyed in my life.
My wife and I relocated to Yarrbat Place 16 years ago and have not regretted the decision to move to this wonderful retirement village. We have made many terrific friends and enjoy an active life here in a very safe environment. Highly recommended.
My wife and I moved into Yarrbat Place 6 years ago. Residents greeted us with open arms. The social life, activities, sense of belonging and feel of security are of the highest order. Being next to a lovely park is great for our dogs, close to transport and shops adds to our quality of life. We are happy and content. Guenter Steinbrecher
