All the staff are legends and make this bike shop an absolute pleasure to go to, always willing to help out with what ever you need to keep your bike rolling. one of the few bike shops too my knowledge that still stock bmx parts which is what I typically go down there for. if they don’t have it they can always order it in. FYI: The shop can get busy, especially on the weekends so be patient with them if that’s the case. top tier service and knowledge. 10/10 would highly recommend ! I love Yarra valley cycles I went there today and they were so nice it is the biggest shop ever and they barely charged me anything I got all ne brakes and others for only $99 love it
I went in to get an idea of repairing a bike I have & for the 15-20 minutes I was in there I was ignored. A staff member walked past me & never said a word. I will be going elsewhere to have my bike fixed. I wouldn’t give these guys the time of day 🤬
Damien was an absolute legend, knew his stuff inside out, helped sort us out and overall had a really genuine personality.
