I recently purchased a replacement stick and floor head for my Dyson V11 from Yarra Supply Trade Supplies. I drove just over an hour to pick the parts up, and it was absolutely worth the trip. The customer service was excellent. The gentleman I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the process. Purchased faulty item and was exchanged with another item with the same fault. Has so far not responded with a path forward to rectify the problem and has even suggested the fault was intentionally caused by myself.
Fair price.
Do not purchase from this supplier. Products are not fit for purpose and they make refunds impossible. Adults’ tricycle is not strong enough for a child, dangerously inadequate. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE. Item was purchased through BIG W who hand balled the refund to the supplier.
