Service advised they would likely have availability for our son in term 4 so we committed to their service and stopped looking for a new OT. I then receive a text message on a Saturday morning advising they do not have room - this was highly unprofessional and impersonal. Effectively the service has not considered his therapeutic needs and kept him in play for their numbers and accounting absolutely disgraceful.
