Incredibly fast shipping!
The staff are very friendly and helpful. I am a beginner knitter and everyone there are supportive including regular customers. The staff answered all the questions I had about knitting and they gave me good suggestions for the mini projects I had in mind. Parking is not bad at all in this area. I was able to find parking very quickly. Meter parking for 30 mins cost about 50 cents as I am writing this review.
The store has good options but not all employees are helpful especially the rude pink haired young lady. Free parking can be difficult to find. I also found the instructor for their crotchet classes to be impatient and discouraging especially if you’re a complete newbie. Good luck!
I was gifted a gc here! I do not live local to the shop, but everything was shipped out promptly. There was a problem with some of what I had ordered, so I reached out and Kathleen was extremely helpful! The situation was resolved quickly. I highly recommend placing an order with them, whether it be in-person or online.
