yarn garden all my experiences at yarn garden have been good.. Their yarns and directions exceed my expectations and staff works hard to please customers at all times. I would definitely recommend tham to all knitters.
Terrific shop! I went to the Feza trunk show today at the Yarn Garden..and even though the place was packed I had a Great time !! They were very helpful and I Loved the atmosphere . Aside from the staff , the other customers were friendly and I Found a NEW home..
The best yarn shop I've ever seen! I've been to yarn shops all over the country and this place is WONDERFUL! CC is the best designer I've ever met and Joanie is a great instructor with good color sense. They've got the largest selection of yarn on Long Island and I LOVE all the bamboo and soy yarns they carry since I often knit for family and friends that are allergic to wool. THE BEST YARN STORE IN NEW YORK Four years ago i walk into the Yarn Garden and i was not knitter today i am a regular customer . Most people that go there just love it and the people who own the shop are the best. They take the time over and over to help me with my projects. In good times and also bad you can count on the great service at the yarn garden
Adequate but not very friendly While this store carries a good selection of yarns and other knitting supplies, I go there under extreme duress if I really need something and can not get it elsewhere. The people are not very friendly or helpful and seem only to want to please their regular customers. The store is somewhat dark and cramped which isn;t conducive to comfortable shopping. Located in a small strip store mall, the parking is also difficult as times.
