Similar to what another reviewer said - there is one lady here who is just always rude. Great wool and lovely shop but she ruins the experience every single time. I am done with them now.
A few years ago I visited this Business and found the woman in charge to be unhelpful and rude. Recently my daughter had the same experience - complaints about " novice knitters" during Corona crisis. The wool sold there is awesome so 2 stars for that. Gabrielle
