Although the service was friendly and the staff were kind and attentive, I found the overall experience to be disappointing. Unfortunately, I did not feel relaxed during my visit. It seemed that the staff lacked proper training in head massage techniques and/or hair care, which impacted the quality of the service. There was no calming music or relaxing atmosphere, just someone aggressively working on my scalp without any clear technique. Save your money, do your research, go somewhere else.
This is where you go to relax and enjoy a wonderful head spa experience! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming!!! I have recommended friends and family to come to Yardley! See you next time!
Clean enough but half of the service is wasted on them rubbing a stick through your scalp extra repetitively and then another 10 or so min at the end wasted with just a waterfall.
My husband and I visited Yardley for the first time and it was a fantastic experience. It was very relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed every part of it. The head massage and shoulder massage were the perfect pressure and we loved the smell of the products used. My hair is silly smooth and smells amazing. We will be back!
