Great experience just felt cheated a little as had my appointment booked for 9 pm , they didn't start till 9:15 and ended with blow-dry and all by 10 pm. Great service and experience, will definitely go back and book at an earlier time.
i’ve been twice and someone i know has been three times, yet we’ve never once had an experience that was anything less than mind-numbingly relaxing! it’s the definition of bang for your buck - they use aromatherapy, give you a scalp massage, shampoo, conditioner/hair mask, a neck and shoulders massage, and dry your hair at the end. it’s not ideal for curly haired individuals because they don’t style it, but for anyone else, i would recommend this experience without hesitation! everyone there is extremely friendly, kind, and ... read more
Expecting a hairwash and some scalp stimulation? Yes A luxurious relaxation experience? No Would I come back? No They don’t know how to blow dry hair, just blowing scorching hot air on your face/scalp without brushing. The whole experience felt rushed, even though I started 5 minutes late they still ended on the hour.
