Great place. Staff is friendly and informative.
Very disappointed with the level of service at Yard Gear. It’s a very nice well maintained business and I always try to support local business when possible. My experiences over the years when I go in has been a disappointment. There have been numerous occasions where I left empty handed and I have friends that also avoid yard gear for similar issues. Unfortunate and hopefully by reading the review they will improve their level of customer service.
I will never step foot back into this store the customer service is the worst I have ever received. I bought a chainsaw from them and ordered a second 18 inch chain kit and oil that they were out of stock at the time of the purchase I figured it would be a few weeks until I received it. A week later I brought in a chainsaw that I was having a problem starting. They said that they needed to order parts and they would call me when completed or if there was anything else.With all that being said I never received a phone call . ... read more
Stopped in for a recoil spring assembly. Staff was incredible, would highly recommend.
This store WILL racially profile you if you aren't white. I will never set foot in this business, and any respectable human should feel the same. There is no place for racism in our society.
