Dropped off my snowblower for them to fix. Told them I was missing the linkage for the throttle and that's what it needed to be fixed. Charged me $60 bucks to tell me is was missing the throttle linkage and they couldn't get the part in. Was going to buy a helmet and little Gio from them but I'll go elsewhere

I purchased a tractor, trailer, chainsaw, and a bunch of tractor implements from them. The counter guys were great, and the management was very polite after the sale for a while. However, when my tractor was worked on, it had to go back in for mistakes they had made. I brushed it off because they rectified the issues they caused. Fast friendly service at the sales counter. I did, however, walk the sales floor looking at motorcycles and side by sides for over a half hr and not one person approached me. Very well organized store. Customer Service on the sales floor was the only downfall. Cheers,

I've been going here for many years and the service isnt what it used to be but Robyn came though for me today and I really appreciate it. Brought in snow blower for repair and was told there was a 10 business day wait for it to be looked at(I was fine with that) Called on the 12th business day and then it got looked at that day and was told it needed a part and should only be about a week. Called a week later and the part hadn't arrived but was expected any day and my snow blower would be ready by Friday of that week or the... read more
