If I could possibly give zero stars I would. Be very aware of how unprofessional and incompetent this organisation is. First time I have used a service that isnt a big bank and it will be the last. Firstly time frames where way out from there guidance of when this will be approved and so forth. Missing out on multiple properties due to their lag in approvals.
