Yard is one of the best kept secrets for simple, good-value personal banking. I used their home loan service with my last home purchase three years ago, then switched to their broker service, which was easier than working with any other third party brokers I've tried. Highly recommend!
Brayden and Luke was fantastic to work with from start to finish. They were professional, responsive, and made the entire settlement and loan process smooth and stress-free. Everything was clearly explained and well handled. Highly recommend Yard Finance to anyone looking for a great finance broker.
If I could possibly give zero stars I would. Be very aware of how unprofessional and incompetent this organisation is. First time I have used a service that isnt a big bank and it will be the last. Firstly time frames where way out from there guidance of when this will be approved and so forth. Missing out on multiple properties due to their lag in approvals. I applied for a home loan on 24/11/2025 online. David Piras responded on day. 1, and the examination of my financial affairs was commenced. Settlement was due on 14/01/2026. David collected all that was necessary and guided me through the documentation requirements. All was done . Unfortunately my bank -CBA came through with a loan offer and I did not use Yard. Yard deserved the business due to rapidity of response, fair dealing and attention to detail. Unfortunately to get an offer from a prime bank lender could not be beat... read more
