HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I was recommended to goto see Yao-Qing Huang by Cigna insurance. When I called to schedule the appointment they tried to tell me that the purpose of my visit was not covered by insurance to their knowledge and that I should contact Cigna to see if it was covered. I subsequently spoke to Cigna and they confirmed that it IS covered. I show up for my treatment, complete the paperwork, and tell them that I want to bill through my insurance.
