在他们家买了一个$198/2次的面部清洁服务，购买的时候承诺会做蒸汽、洗脸、挑黑头、挤痘痘、修复面膜、灯照消毒和头部以及肩颈按摩。结果做的当天，蒸汽、灯照和肩颈按摩都没有，那个技师磨磨蹭蹭地挑黑头，也没挑很多。整个过程什么仪器都没有用、什么用力的按摩都没做，只是手轻轻摸两下。 回去后我才想起、和他们提出不满，隔了两天才回复，并且既没有道歉，也没有提出补偿，只说下次技师会按我的要求来做。这中态度，我对下一次做也不抱信心。 而且交钱后态度变化很大，避雷这家。 Very bad. Didn't provide the service as promised and not apologized. I paid for two facial cleaning sessions. In the first session, they skipped the steamming and illumination after cleaning. When I disputed, they acknowledged their overlook but didn't apologize or offer compensation.
