I am really impressed with Southeast Public Transit! My 4/5 year old had a great experience each day with the drivers. And I have had nothing but positive conversations on the phone. Thank you SE Public Transit for taking care of my son on his way to school each day!

Creating a no talking policy for kids is basically unreasonable. Especially for younger children, in jr K, preschool, and kindergarten. Kids that age are impulsive and tend to not think before they do something. To set a policy like that is basically asking for majority of the children to end up getting kicked off the bus, leaving parents who are working hard to make ends meet, leaving them in a predicament. Very rude and unprofessional on the Dispatcher. And she is the only one who has a problem with me. Will be filing complaints. If anyone has this problem with her it’s on the website.
