called just to get information in the treasury and the lady was soo nice that helped answer my questions
Very poor service, We call a generic number hit 7 and it says "they are busy, call back". The dippos can't take a voice message and call us back? This is very disrespectful of your constituents time! Lincoln County has you leave a message they will call you back !
How is a County office allowed to not answer the phone AND not offer a way to leave a message? I called over 10 times in a 2 day period, trying to get help with a clerical error that they made. Their inability to respond ultimately meant I needed to take time off work to go down in person. Our commissioners need to look at considering some minimum requirements for responding to calls from the public.
Called 2 weeks in a row trying to get ahold of someone, sent to voicemail every time. Impossible to get ahold of.
