I am a former resident of Yankton. I now live in another state. My mother passed, and there were vehicles I had to get titles for. They don't reply to emails, they don't answer the phones, I tried for a full week using both methods. I had to drive 4 hours to do something that could have been done by email. The response was "were too busy to answer phones and emails". That being said, I don't blame the ladies there, I do however think they need another person in there to do these things.
