Customer service is everything and the new owners are every bit as wonderful as the last. The women who helped us were very knowledgeable and offered much info about my flagpole and flags. They also make custom products made onsite. Also do repairs of both flags and the poles. Had large selection of kites spinners and of couse flags. Have been dealing with Yankee Doodle Flags since the 80s. Recieved a 25ft pole for a housewarming gift from my sister. She gave her husband one as an anniversary gift. Overall nice store and people. We did have an experience that didn't sit well with us. On spur of the moment while in the store we decided to get a custom flag made and was quoted an approximate price of 50 to 75 dollars. Next thing we know it is being shipped to us and charged to our credit card for $148.....way more than we wanted to spend. It would have been nice to get a phone call with an updated estimate prior to the flag being made.
I purchased a 25 foot fiberglass pole from Yankee Doodle and couldn't be happier. After paying Cindy kept in touch with me about the shipping progress and after delivery made sure I was happy. Great products and very helpful customer support. I highly recommend for any flag or flagpole products.
The customer service is superb!! We ordered a Papal flag and an American flag on line. In the comment line we indicated we were hoping the Papal flag (a special order) would be in prior to a specific date. We asked to be contacted when it arrived, as we would rather pick it up than have it shipped, to expedite the process. We received very professional and courteous updates throughout. Plus, we're happy to say our flags are in prior to our event!!!
Yankee Doodle Flags Kites & Fun are wonderful to work with. From choosing items to flag installation, they were professional and helpful. Even after the sale, any questions that I've had, have been answered in a very timely fashion. Great customer service! Ask for Cindy - she is the best!!!
