I never received a confirmation email for my order, The order was charged and paid immediately but it has been 3 weeks and it has not shipped. They have not responded to multiple inquires about the order statues. I called and whoever answered said they " had the order" and did not know why it had not shipped but would call back about it. I never received the promised call back. I would not use this site as there seems like a total disregard for the customer. I just hope can get a refund for an order paid and not shipped.

I have purchased from Yankee Dabbler many times over the years with good outcomes. Two months ago I placed an order with them and received a package with weathering powder spilled all inside the package and on/in about half of the items. I contacted Yankee Dabbler on 3 occasions thru their contact page, sending photos of the damage and not one of the emails received a response back from them. The prices are great, but that’s where my praises stop. Their website has to be the worst site to navigate if you’re looking for something specific. I called and talked to someone about an order that they messed up, and while I had him on the phone I told him that the layout of the site needed much improvement. For example: If you search for a “Walthers 933-4580 Stone Pier” their site returns over 1000 items. He got on line with me and did the search too, but then said “we use UPC codes”. Could not ask for a better hobby shop. Worth the hour and a half trip, each way, just to see what's in the store. The people bend over backwards to get you what you want, just ask. 5 star rating all the way !!!

Ordered a part for my Kato FEF. First it was very slow getting here. Granted, it is during the COVID nonsense. Secondly, it was the wrong part that was sent to me. Third, initially I called to get it straightened out. There was no answer at the phone listed. I sent and email. There was no response to either. So, I filed for a return of my money on PayPal.
