It was fabulous as always. I enjoy taking my time smelling the new fragrances and making a choice. I did purchase but the only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that the 2 sales people were constantly over my shoulder asking if we needed help. I understand that is their job, but if I am just choosing a fragrance, I can handle that. Plus both associates had already greeted and told both myself and my husband each separately about the sales. Frequent flyer here. I've always had a great experience visiting this location. I typically struggle to purchase spring scents but Matthew was super helpful. His knowledge and expertise went far above and beyond my expectations. Matthew will most certainly help you find a candle, even if you aren't fond of floral spring scents like myself.
I needed to order 12 personalized Yankee Candles, and Matt and Kevin were amazing at getting it all done quickly and efficiently! I had a terrible experience placing the order online, but I'm so glad that I went to purchase them in store because those guys were so helpful and turned my experience with YC around. Not only did they walk me through the process step by step, they also helped me choose the scent for the gifts and brought the candles to my car. It truly does not get better than this! Thank you so so much!
What a pleasant location! The staff is always helpful and the candles are great quality. Lots of options. Love stopping by when I'm at the mall.
Really great! The staff was very nice and helpful and the candles are excellent quality and smell great. We also love that you can customize a special candle for different occasions.
