The Somerville store is awesome! I was helped by two employees today with photos for my candles for Mother’s Day. Their patience & kindness was unmatched! Thank you so much
I showed up at 6:45 pm to purchase something and was met with a locked door. They are typically opened until 8 pm daily. I asked the sales associate (through the glass door) why they were closed since even with holiday hours they are opened until 7 pm and I couldn’t make out what she said since I can’t heard through a glass. Regardless if they were closed at 7 pm why were the doors locked by 6:45 pm????? Don’t waste your time go to another location they clearly makeup their own work hours.
Great experience and very friendly lady who helped me.
If you’re open till 6 on Sunday, you should be open at 5:50 when I come by to return one of your stinky candles
