I came into Yankee Candle and was in a great mood and knew what I wanted, but decided to get a few more candles with the sale going on. When it came time to check out, I told the check out girl, Olivia, that I was all set and she acted so annoyed that she had to put her phone down and help me. She rang me out and didn't even say thank you or have a nice day. She just couldn't get me out the door fast enough. Her manager watched her treat me this way and said absolutely nothing. Needless to say, I won't be coming back.
I visited this outlet today. It has always been my favorite outlet! I always stock up on my votives and find fabulous bargains. Today was horrible! Three different clerks acted like I was really bothering them when I asked a simple question. No one took me to the items I asked about. They kind of pointed. Nothing was on sale as stated online. I was told that those sales are only online. But I visited the website at the Cincinnati outlet store! Just thoroughly disgusted, not impressed and left without buying one thing. I usua... read more
