came in for the first time at this location for my birthday gift - I kindly asked questions to the only employee working there regarding which one I was able to get and she let me know and even showed them to me where they were at. Honestly great service! She was also very sweet my girls being girls curious and asking questions she would talk to them. She even told me happy birthday when I finished my transaction! Very sweet woman.
I had such a great experience visiting Yankee Candle and would definitely recommend stopping in if you’re in the area. The store was clean, well organized, and had an amazing selection of candles and home fragrances. Today I came to pick free mini candle. 2 lady told me I should have email with code. I thought that was true. But I checked back and I didn't receive any email, and just walk in, tell phone number account to receive free mini candle, for new members too. So are they try to keep all free candles for them family??? 🤔
Train one of your employees about how to talk to a customer, not with a nasty face when they tried to use a coupon that YOU GUYS gave out! Why is it bothering you guys when customers are trying to use it?
This was my first time doing a pick up order. I ordered 2 small candles and 3 wax melts. An employee called me and told me she accidentally canceled one of my candles and that I would be getting a refund. I let her know that I still wanted the candle and willing to pay so set it aside. She told me there’s no problem I’ll just give you that candle when you come pick up. I show up today. The lady came out and I explained to her what the lady said.
