I had such a great experience visiting Yankee Candle and would definitely recommend stopping in if you’re in the area. Today I came to pick free mini candle. 2 lady told me I should have email with code. I thought that was true. But I checked back and I didn't receive any email, and just walk in, tell phone number account to receive free mini candle, for new members too. So are they try to keep all free candles for them family??? 🤔
Train one of your employees about how to talk to a customer, not with a nasty face when they tried to use a coupon that YOU GUYS gave out! Why is it bothering you guys when customers are trying to use it?
This was my first time doing a pick up order. I ordered 2 small candles and 3 wax melts. An employee called me and told me she accidentally canceled one of my candles and that I would be getting a refund. I let her know that I still wanted the candle and willing to pay so set it aside. I stopped by the store this morning after noticing a discount promotion outside that interested me. When I walked in, I politely asked the woman at the front, “Hi, are you open?” She was the only employee there, and instead of responding with a simple answer, she said, “You’re already in the building,” in a very dismissive and condescending tone.
