Under new management!!!! Tara is beyond amazing, she helped my husband and I and went above what I was expecting! This store has changed so so much and for the better. She made the experience great, she's so kind and helpful, made us feel welcome the moment we arrived!
I have been very unhappy with the lack of fragrance in recent candles purchased. They don't burn correctly, creating a verticle hole after several hours of burning. I received a replacement candle today and my husband opened the package and cut his hand. Upon removing the candles lid, a huge piece of broken glass was discovered!
First and LAST visit to this store location! The sales lady was beyond rude after I asked about a scented candle that is now retired. She insinuated I bought it at an outlet store or Cracker Barrel or Walmart when I know dang well I did not as I have never been in those places ever to buy a Yankee candle. I am so unhappy with Yankee Candle Wax Melts in Lilac Blossoms. I tried it in my living room, hardly no scent. Moved it to the bathroom where you can turn around and meet yourself and the only smell you get is if your nose is right on top of the wax burner. Very, very disappointing. Will not be buying these again!
