Nothing but problems with my transactions at this store and with the company in general. The customer service and supply has gone irrevocably downhill. I am no longer a loyal customer.

We just wanted to thank Tara the manager for her exceptional customer service yesterday as my husband and I travel from North Port where we used to have a Yankee Candle store to Fort Myers to purchase their quality products. Tara remembered us from last year and gave us her undivided attention and again first class customer service. Tara is an asset to any organization that she would work for.
