Sam is wonderful!! Helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Love this location.
Went inside this store today with my four children and was told by the manager to quiet my children down, even went as far as to shush them and continued to say “People are trying to shop.” Excuse me, but I’m a customer as well who’s picking up a $85 dollar order. Who are you to tell my children ANYTHING. Yankee Candle is not a library. It’s a candle shop. My children were not running around or breaking things they were simply talking and doing what children do. Shame on the manager that has been working there for many years... read more

Horrible experience at this location, the cashier on 12/23 at around 730pm was not only NOT helpful but was extremely rude. I asked her to point me in direction of the small 5.00 candles the ones located on the signage they had posted on door and she stated well I dont make the posters and we dont have that deal anymore. So I asked her if she could still honor it since it was posted in 2 places of the store and she stated I just told you I dont make the signs nor do I hang them and that is not my problem.
