Very sweet and enthusiastic sales women. Great positive attitudes. They enjoy their work, the product they sell and working with customers. Yankee candle is a quality product with a very fair exchange policy. I ordered on-line. Some fragrances were more appealing. I was able to stop by the store and exchange the ones I didn't like as much for those I liked more. They were extremely helpful.
Nice shop that's well stocked and well laid out. Friendly staff.
Rude staff
The staff is not very helpful. They cannot support their application and recommend that you call someone else to take care of the problem. I prefer the one at woodfield.
