I’m amazed at the fact that a store that just sells candles can stay in business, but then I saw some of the prices and then realized how they stay open. There are way too many scents to choose from, but somehow we walked out with a candle. The staff were very friendly and helped point us towards scent profiles that were more to our liking and then left us to sniff our way around the store. I used to enjoy coming to this location because the staff was always so kind, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, I’m not sure what has changed recently, but after my last few visits, I don’t think I’ll be returning. I simply wanted to browse and shop for candles in peace, but one employee Hillary I believe, would not leave me alone no matter how many polite hints I gave that I was just looking around. Very sweet and enthusiastic sales women. Great positive attitudes. They enjoy their work, the product they sell and working with customers. Yankee candle is a quality product with a very fair exchange policy. I ordered on-line. Some fragrances were more appealing. I was able to stop by the store and exchange the ones I didn't like as much for those I liked more. They were extremely helpful.
Nice shop that's well stocked and well laid out. Friendly staff.
