If I could give a negative star I would. I was in the Lynnhaven location April 29 2023. The older black woman has no customer service skills. Very rude and cold. She has this attitude that you’re bothering her. Yankee candle needs to have some training for their employees
Justin is very rude! I called the store for a simple question and he was very rude and disrespectful over the phone. I’ve also had issues with him in store. I am very certain that he is a racist person. There’s no reason that he treats customers the way he does other than simply not liking black people. I will no longer shop at this store or Yankee due to the mistreatment I’ve experienced by the staff.
Was not allowed to use my coupons because of their sale 😤 .
