I had placed an order for pickup. It never prompted an email after 24hrs that my order was ready. So I went to the store and inquired about the order. Marnie nicely explained that the pickup system was down. I showed her what i was looking for. Let me tell you she knew her inventory. There was one item from what I ordered in stock, she said it was in the back. I am from out of town and drove here specially to get some candles. Everyone else in this Mall is open but them. They are suppose to open at 10 am. It is 10:38 am and no one here. If they open, I will get what I need to get and not be back. Very bad impression for new people and visitors. If they do not open, I will leave and not be back.
I had the pleasure of visiting the Yankee Candle store today 7/27/2024, in Greenbrier Mall and met the new assistant manager, Avis. From our brief interaction, it's clear that she will be a great addition to the team and a valuable asset to the store.
