Unfortunately, I was not able to make my purchase. Although there were only 2 people ahead of me in line, the cashiers were not able to process them efficiently. Eventually I gave up waiting, returned my items to the shelf, and left. Employees really need to have sufficient training time on the registers to ensure that they know how the registers work, how to ring up sales, and how to pack and bag fragile items.
Cheyenne greeted me as soon as I entered the store and was very professional. Had a good welcoming experience, and I will be back at this store.
Prices are higher than prices posted on actual website. Cashier wasn't very knowledgeable when I told her I already have an account, she has messed up my account and I can't get access in any way.
FIRST: let me say that this review is NOT in reference to the Evansville, IN store. Please read entire review. I have NEVER experienced such HORRIBLE service. I place an order and after a week with no update or shipping, I reach out and get some computerized response. I then use live chat and I am told that my order is "stuck" in the system.
