1st time in this particular Yankee Candle and Lorraine was excellent! Told me about the new candles, sales, & signed me up for rewards! I will be back due to her outstanding customer service.
Everything you expect, lots of great smelling candles, a clean and organized store, friendly staff.
Unfortunately, I was not able to make my purchase. Although there were only 2 people ahead of me in line, the cashiers were not able to process them efficiently. Eventually I gave up waiting, returned my items to the shelf, and left. Employees really need to have sufficient training time on the registers to ensure that they know how the registers work, how to ring up sales, and how to pack and bag fragile items.
Cheyenne greeted me as soon as I entered the store and was very professional. Had a good welcoming experience, and I will be back at this store.
