On the plug in oils even on the lowest setting it burns faster than 30 days the fragrance isn't strong considering i have one in every room really disappointed honestly as when I was younger I thought yankee candle was top notch brand however now im not as impressed especially with the cost verses what you get when you burn candles, wax melts and plug ins of the same scent your home should smell amazing im a custodian and keep my home very clean so I should smell it when I walk in it smells good but not yankee candle good ju... read more
Great small Yankee Candle shop. Staff were great, willing to help any way possible. I wish thier were more Yankee Candle stores around.
I'm patient, I'm understanding, but I don't have the patience for liars. Their lies have now cost me almost half of the order in shipping fees. I ordered online for the holidays as a present. I'm not a perfect gifter, but I thought this person liked Yankee Candles. I was wrong, so after ordering it and before it shipped I tried to cancel the order. It seemed like a no harm no foul situation. Little did I know, words from customer service, they only give you 15 minutes to cancel your order or else it ships no matter the case.... read more
After browsing for 15 minutes and no offer of help (1other customer in store) I picked out 4 I thought we're on sale. The amt was double of what I expected so I told her I thought they were 4 for $48. The 'manager' I guess came out from back and said 'they're all red'. Besides pronouncing red is a strange way, I still didn't know how that helped. Frustrating website and customer service. I tried ordering online for a few days during the BOGO sale. It would not give me the correct numbers of free candles as purchased. So I call customer service & after 30 minutes of trying to order candles I get hung up on. Very frustrating at this point I call customer services back.
