I'm patient, I'm understanding, but I don't have the patience for liars. Their lies have now cost me almost half of the order in shipping fees. I ordered online for the holidays as a present. I'm not a perfect gifter, but I thought this person liked Yankee Candles. I was wrong, so after ordering it and before it shipped I tried to cancel the order. After browsing for 15 minutes and no offer of help (1other customer in store) I picked out 4 I thought we're on sale. The amt was double of what I expected so I told her I thought they were 4 for $48. The 'manager' I guess came out from back and said 'they're all red'. Besides pronouncing red is a strange way, I still didn't know how that helped. Frustrating website and customer service. I tried ordering online for a few days during the BOGO sale. It would not give me the correct numbers of free candles as purchased. So I call customer service & after 30 minutes of trying to order candles I get hung up on. Very frustrating at this point I call customer services back. The blonde old woman here was very disrespectful. We asked questions and she was very unhelpful. Today is my little sisters birthday so we went here for a free candle gift and it was honestly a horrible experience. We were going to purchase more candles but based on her attitude with my family and other guests we decided we did not want to purchase anything. Very disappointed and will not be coming back.
ONLY ONE STORE in Kansas City area, in Leawood!!! Talk about downsizing! That’s 50+ miles for anyone living in northern part of Kansas! Awful
