HORRIBLE customer service even with an empty store. Completely uninviting and made to feel like I shouldn’t have been there. They also don’t even match their own online prices. This review is for the store at the mall only.
Extremely helpful staff. I agreed to getting periodic messages on my phone but did not realize they would send me a message every day. Got annoying so I called the store and there was no problem getting messages turned off. Very responsive people at Yankee candle. I bought a candle for my bathroom and it removes odor well. I don't like to inhale bathroom sprays.
Grossly unprofessional and candles are not worth it! Go to bed and bath candles last longer and they are very nice and professional unlike aaron from Yankee candle who likes to hang up on customers who have concerns
Staff is amazing! While visiting in NH and shopping at YC I left behind a small item which I had paid for. Since I live in NY - I could not just go back to pick it up…The manager actually mailed it to me on her day off!!! Customer service like this is wonderful!!
