I was in Yankee Candle at the Lancaster Outlets today where I met a man named Craig who was so polite and knowledgeable. We talked for a little and while I met him at the Lancaster outlets’ Yankee Candle, I wanted to leave the review for his store cause he left an impression on me.
That big bumbling feller with the curls in there was quite nice and knew his way around some scents! If i could reward him greatly for his service I would ! "wink wink"
One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Wonderful people work here, all are super friendly and genuinely seem like they care about you. As a bonus the store smells great, is very clean, and always has amazing promos.
Wonderful place to smell wonderful scents. With great customer service from all the employees I talked to there I highly recommend
