Partner booked an appointment. They called for a second, hung up. My partner showed up a couple of seconds later as he was just near the entrance of the shop. Worker told him they cancelled his appointment and even tried calling him. Turns out someone booked a longer appointment than him so he got cancelled. Bad customer service.
Update to my review: They have said they will communicate this more clearly from the beginning, and I now believe this was just an assumption on their part that customers trust their method without first being informed what they will be doing in the massage. I'm therefore satisfied this will be taken on as feedback to improve customer communication and experience. I did ask for back and forearms when I walked in, not just back. Worst massage experience . The masseuse hand was too soft and didn’t feel the pressure at all. It’s more of just applying more and more oil and massaging your baby. I do not recommend at all. Not worth $100.😡 😤

Just came in for neck + shoulders + back. The woman was amazing and attentive to my needs, by asking questions before starting to assess where to prioritise. Pressure was strong and consistent through out the 40 minutes with oil and hot stone at the end. Fantastic place! Would definitely recommend for those looking for a solid massage.
