Absolutely gusting! I called on the phone to ask if they offer a certain service and how much it will cost and instead was interrupted; the person did not let me speak and said to call next week to come in and hang up on me. Why would I want to come in if I don’t even know if they can provide the service I need. You not going to get many clients with this attitude.
I would say shady... I was just advised that there would be a $50 additional charge (on top of the $50 cost) for something that my attorney advised me was non existent. This was an inquiry over the phone; I did not go through with it.
