I went on time and waited 10 minutes for the therapist to enter my room. She left the room several times to answer the phone. At one point she was on the phone while she was providing service to me. She placed a cold towel on a back, she didn't even give a minute overtime considering she was late and she left the room multiple times. Based on my experience, I did not tip and I could tell she was upset, she asked for tip and I said no. I will not be returning to Yan Spa.
