Local and useless. If you leave Craig get a real bank account. Horrible customer service. I called & asked a question before I wasted my time going down there. They said yes to my question. I went down there and they said no. So I wasted my time. Then my husbands card expired and they never sent him a new one and they acted as if it was our problem.
