Very good bank when dealing with them face to face. If you have to call in with an issue their "customer service" reps are likely to just hang up on you though.
This is definitely the best bank ever. I've been using them for over 7 years and they have always treated me awesome. They have great service and friendly people. Much better than Wells Fargo.
