Attorney Yamin was recommended to us by a friend. We thought he was writing a contract to protect us, but only to find that he wrote such a loose one that it did nothing but provide the other party enough loopholes to win any claims against our complaints. Just what happened to us. Perhaps your experience will be better.
Nice people, but apparently not the brightest stars shining. Joe was hired to write a contract for me that would protect my company and I. He apparently left some glaring loopholes that had another attorney reviewed his work, they would have been caught. Now I am trying to clean up his mess and am facing even more legal bills with a competent firm. Just my experience. Perhaps yours will be different.
