We went there with our boat to determine if we could change over the existing boat trailer rollers for an easier retrieval of our boat. Unfortunately, the boat and trailer combination didn't allow for any upgrade. However, they offered to adjust/tighten the existing rollers to sit more snugly under the boat. No charge. Its not very often these days that a business offers a service (even a 10 minute job) at no cost. Well done Robbie and thank you.
