I worked for Yale in Houston, TX. I was the scheduler and recruiter inside the office. I was there for about 17 months. You want good services? Go somewhere else. I was trained to hire the cheapest guards I could instead of quality guards. We wouldn't even give accurate drug test to guards. We gave them saliva drug test. Saliva drug test only show drugs in the system up to a few hours before they were used. So if a guard smoked pot while on the shift, by the time we drug tested him, it wouldn't show up.
