Made a reservation for a Sprinter Van on April 21 for a my daughter's 16th birthday to pick up from Yale on May 16th at 630p for the weekend. That same day of the reservation I got an email with the PDF of my reservation (#onl-201822558). They had a note in the email with my name stating that my reservation is not final until they call me. Great customer service
Rented a 12 passenger van for a trip to Arizona and it was a horrible experience. Their vehicles are not properly maintenance. Tires were not balanced so it was a bumpy 10+ hour drive to Arizona. We had to get the tires balance ourselves, taking away time from our "stress-free" vacation. Rear AC was blowing out HOT air so everyone in the back had suffer for 20+ hours.
