It has been a year since my children attended here. Worst daycare I have ever encountered. The teachers were rude to parents and children alike. They would yell at the kids when it was unwarranted. The amount of times my husband and I had to leave work was ridiculous. Including one time they had to wipe my daughter's nose twice, she couldn't be there. The management at this location is highly unsatisfactory. Amythest’s unprofessional attitude towards staff and derogatory remarks about the children who attend are absolutely disgusting.
I just want to say the daycare is amazing they have taken care of my girls for 3 years we came from the tri cities and they tremendously helped me ease my youngest into the daycare setting at 6 months and my oldest was 4 when she began attending this location. They treat you like family as well and advocate for the children during times of needs. We have nothing but good things to say about the Kindercare staff, past and current. We have had our grandson in Kindercare in Yakima for almost 3 years, this will be his last summer. It was a hard transition for him coming from a private and very small daycare to Kindercare.
